Aquila SFN and Wout Van Der Schans jump at La Baule CSIO5* 2016
Haras Des Coudrettes, the sponsors of French riders Kevin Staut, Olivier Guillon and Patrice Delaveau, have purchased Aquila SFN, the 11-year-old KWPN gelding (Ovidius x Bollvorm’s Lauriston) previously ridden by Wout Van Der Schans of The Netherlands.
Aquila SFN was included in the recent online auction of horses owned by Springpaarden Fond Nederland, the Dutch sport horse investment group that aquired top international show jumping horses and paired them with leading Dutch riders.
With Wout Van Der Schans, Aquila SFN proved essential through several CSIO5* Nations Cup victories for Holland.
Patrice Delaveau will be the new rider for Aquila SFN, as announced by Haras Des Coudrettes on Thursday, September 22nd.
