Marco Kutscher has decided to part ways with Stal Beerbaum and after a very successful 14 year partnership. The much-loved German rider will ride at Stal Beerbaum until the 1st of July, 2014. In July of this year, Marco, together with his longtime partner Eva Bitter will begin a stables together in Bad Essen, Germany. It is undecided as to which horses will follow Marco but reports suggest that Cornet’s Cristallo will likely join the German rider in his independent stables. Horses such as Cash 63, Liberty Son, Chamira and Colestus, the beautiful grey he won with in Paris just last week, are currently being negotiated as to whether they will join Kutscher or remain with Ludger Beerbaum and his team.
Marco rose to international recognition with his star stallion Cornet Obolensky. Representing Germany at two Olympic Games and one European Championship. Kutscher won Individual and Team Olympic Bronze medals at the 2004 Olympic Games in Athens. Kutscher also won Gold with Team Germany at the 2011 European Championships in Madrid, Spain.
