Two amazing riders, at two stunning venues, captured two exciting show jumping victories in one town on Sunday, February 7th, 2016. There is no place in the world like Wellington, Florida, where the sport of show jumping is so rich that for the first time in its history, two separately produced, internationally-rated CSI show jumping grand prix classes were held within just a few miles from each other, and both to great success.
Congratulations to Kent Farrington and Uceko of the USA for winning the $200,000 Longines FEI World Cup Qualifier CSI3*-W at the Wellington Masters.
And many congratulations to Canada’s Eric Lamaze for winning the $216,000 Ariat CSI4* Grand Prix with Check Picobello Z at the Winter Equestrian Festival.
Stay tuned for our in-depth coverage of all things Wellington in the days to come.
