Last week, after Marcus Ehning’s World Cup win in Bordeaux, it seemed that World #1 Scott Brash has lost his lead in the Western European World Cup League. But after finishing second in last weekend’s $370,000 World Cup Grand Prix presented by Rolex, in Wellington, Scott Brash is back on top ahead of Marcus Ehning, Patrice Delaveau and Pius Schwizer.

The British rider has collected an impressive 69 points in total this season thus far. The winner from Bordeaux, Germany’s Marcus Ehning, is ranked second now with a total of 64 points, while France’s very own Patrice Delaveau sits in third position with 61 points. Switzerland’s Pius Schwizer sits just behind in fourth with a total 54 points while Olympic Champion Steve Guerdat is fifth on the rankings with 51 points.
