After the exciting arrival of the impressive collection of EuroAsia horses, Pius Schwizer will welcome two new horses to his esteemed stables; Voice de Longchamps and Larkill Cruiser.
The ten year old Voice de Longchamps (Toulon x Bon Ami) was previously ridden by Frederic Vernaet, who brought the gelding up to international level before Italy’s Lorenzo de Luca took over the reins this past summer season.
Son of stallion Cruising, Larkhill Cruiser is slightly older, at 14 years old. This Irish horse started his career under the patriotic saddle of Cian O’ Connor with whom he won the Nations Cup of La Baule in 2011. Bought back by Saoudien Zahid Nabeel,Larkhill Cruiser was then ridden by Saudi Arabia’s Abdullah Al Sharbatly. After one year of rest following an injury, Larkhill Cruiser has also been entrusted to Pius Schwizer and should return to competition from March.
Schwizer will compete Voice de Longchamps in Gothenburg, Sweden, this weekend.
